With a distinguished career spanning 20 years in Engineering Design, Balaji brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Previously, he held the position of Design Department Head at MTAB Automation, where he led the design, development, and successful launch of numerous CNC machines, Automation systems, Robotics, Dental CAD/CAM Technology, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Software. His contributions significantly impacted both the Indian and Global markets.

Balaji Sah holds an Engineering degree from the University of Madras and is based in Chennai, India. His leadership and technical acumen continue to drive innovation and excellence within the Engineering and Design domain at Alchemy Global.

Hemanath

Hemanath is responsible for accelerating Alchemy Global’s growth in India and as well with global customers, strengthening the team, and enhancing our relationships with Customers in India and abroad. Hemanath is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA from Bharathidasan University. Hemanath has over 18 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in Sales and Marketing, has also held several senior positions in Business Development, Sales and General Management with leading Technology Players which include Mcafee, Symantec, Fireeye, Dimension data and Indian stalwarts like Wipro and Softcell.

Thajudeen

Thajudeen is heading the Sourcing, Inspection Services and Projects vertical and is responsible for accelerating Alchemy Global’s Sourcing Projects, strengthening the team and enhancing our relationships with Global Customers. Thajudeen helps global customers by being foot on the Ground for the Projects being Executed in India by acting as Mini IPO – International procurement Office. Thajudeen has over 18 years of experience in the Global Sourcing and Supplier Quality and Development, has also held several senior positions in Leading MNC’s Like Hubbell, Ingersoll Rand, Eaton Cooper, Tyco and India Forging Company Like Super Auto Forge. Thajudeen is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an Ex MBA.

Mr. Srinivasan V

Mr. Srinivasan V is the Vice-President - Strategic Sourcing for Alchemy Global. He helps steering the sourcing team and manages the large clients He comes with a rich work back-ground and is a seasoned Techno Commercial professional with 30 + years of experience with Mechanical/Automobile Engineering background and with MBA (Marketing).

Has served in Auto Ancillary, Textile Machinery, Electro-Mechanical, Computer Hardware, Metal Packaging, High-Pressure Diecasting (Both Hot Chamber and Cold Chamber), Hot Forging, Mechanical Press Shop, and Fabrication and Assembly Shops. Has traveled widely across continents, visited many OEMs, and can communicate in Japanese and German, apart from multiple local languages. Excellent written and verbal communication is his forte.

Jiyaudin

Jiyaudin serves as a Manager-Supplier Quality & Development at Alchemy Global and oversees supplier quality processes, including monitoring supplier performance and leading Supplier Development programs aimed at enhancing supplier capabilities to meet customer requirements. With a focus on customer satisfaction and benchmarking, Jiyaudin is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. With a diverse background spanning manufacturing environments in India and Singapore, Jiyaudin has conducted 70+ Supplier Audits on ISO and IATF Quality Management Systems, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Jiyaudin is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Having more than 12 years of extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Proficient in Quality Management Systems adhering to ISO9001 and API Q1 standards. Additionally, as a certified ASNT NDT Level-II Inspector and NEBOSH IGC Level 3 in Safety, he upholds safety standards and conducts thorough inspections. Known for meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality, Jiyaudin is poised to drive success in achieving customer satisfaction and benchmarking excellence

Mohsin Pasha

Mohsin Pasha serves as Sourcing Manager and plays a pivotal role in optimizing purchasing processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the availability of essential resources at competitive prices. With a strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and adept negotiation skills, the Sourcing Manager spearheads efforts to streamline procurement operations, mitigate risks, and drive cost efficiencies, ultimately contributing to the organization's success and sustainable growth.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in business, supply chain management and pursuing MBA in Operations to enhance his skills and strategies as per the Global Market requirements and demands. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Four steps to Future Procurement, SCM by CII), as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
