Sales Engineer – Automation and IIoT
We are looking for young and dynamic male candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience preferably in sales of Machine tools, its accessories and related products, Automation systems, Chucks, Rotary tables, and IIoT Software. BE / Diploma in Engineering qualification will be considered for the post. Prospective candidates should be committed, self-motivated, good communication skills, Enthusiastic, passionate with good prospecting abilities will be an ideal fit. Willingness to travel will be an essential part of the job. Exposure and knowledge of local industries is a must experience of selling to similar clientele would be an added advantage. Candidate having sales track record in selling products and services to Machine tool users / CNC Job shops.

Job description
- Identify business opportunities and target markets and Generating Leads.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
- Understand technical needs of customer and suggest suitable product by engaging / handholding the product selection process.
- Establishing new clients and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Provide technical support & services to clients regarding the use & operations of the equipment’s.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
- Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made.
- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogues, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment's.
- Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarizing information.
- Meeting sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education - B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile | Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales.
- Good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in team.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
